Please bring your ticket (printed or digitally on your smartphone) on the day of your visit. Also, remember to dress according to the weather conditions, use sunscreen if necessary, and bring any required medications.

Generally, re-entry after leaving the event grounds on the same day is possible. Each visitor will receive a wristband for re-entry after their ticket is scanned.

There will be a shuttle for transportation from the event area at the Volkswagen Arena to Ehra Lessien. Please arrive at one of the information counters at the Volkswagen Arena at least 15 minutes before your booked slot.

Yes, security personnel or a contracted service provider will conduct bag checks. If you have prohibited items, you must either dispose of them on the spot or store them in your car, for example.

Yes, Volkswagen's healthcare services in Wolfsburg will be present with medical personnel on-site. First aid stations (emergency aid stations) are distributed throughout the event area and can be accessed at any time. Additionally, medical personnel will be patrolling the event area on foot and can be approached at any time.

An extensive security concept has been developed for the GTI Fanfest and coordinated with authorities and factory security. All security committees and executing authorities at the Wolfsburg site are integrated into this concept.

Found items can be dropped off and collected at the information points located throughout the premises. At the end of each day, unclaimed items will be taken to the cloakroom at the Autostadt and can be collected there within four weeks.

Bringing pets onto the factory premises is allowed. Dogs must be kept on a leash.

Yes, classic strollers for infants and children up to 5 years old are allowed. However, bringing children's bicycles, wagons, scooters, inline skates, skateboards, and other children's transportation devices is not permitted.

Bringing alcohol, drugs, weapons, or items that could be used as weapons is strictly prohibited. Bringing beverages is only allowed in PET bottles up to 0.5 liters. If you require certain items for medical reasons or mobility, please contact one of our "clearing points" during check-in.

The organizer does not provide storage facilities.

Non-alcoholic beverages in PET bottles up to a maximum capacity of 0.5 liters are allowed. Bringing food is generally permitted, but please do not use glass containers. However, you can also avail yourself of the numerous food trucks offering attractive prices.

Food: a wide variety of food awaits you on the premises, from classics like bratwurst and currywurst to finger food and a diverse selection of appetizers and desserts, including culinary highlights from various regions.

Drinks: the offerings on the event premises include non-alcoholic soft drinks, alcohol-free cocktails, and alcohol-free beer.

Vegetarians and vegans will likely find options in the food offerings. Please understand that we may not be able to accommodate all dietary preferences and restrictions.

Payment at the food and beverage stands of both internal and external vendors can be made in cash as well as with a debit card (EC card), and usually also by credit card or through a smartwatch or smartphone.

We offer numerous activities for children throughout the event area. Additionally, many stands scattered throughout the premises offer interactive activities and entertainment for children. The "Wölfli Corner" area will host many football-themed activities.

The GTI Fanfest offers fun, entertainment, and opportunities for shared discovery and experiences. Childcare is not provided as a standard service. In the "Wölfli Corner" area, there will be many football-themed activities available for children to participate in without accompanying adults.

However, caregivers, legal guardians, and supervisors of guests under 16 years of age are responsible for ensuring compliance with supervision duties and safety regulations within the halls and outdoor areas.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the mobile network will be always fully operational on the event premises. Please inform relatives and friends in advance that your accessibility might be limited.

There is no specific dress code for the GTI Fanfest. However, we recommend wearing clothing appropriate for the weather conditions.

Small foldable umbrellas carried in a bag or backpack are permitted in the event of (predicted) rainy weather or as sun protection. However, larger or non-foldable umbrellas cannot be brought for safety reasons. Recommendation: compact umbrellas!
